Yesterday we went to the «CLUBFIVE55» Entrepreneurs Club event at the Glasgow Casino where our partner David Watson from FAMILY ASSET PROTECTION introduced us to a group of Scottish businessmen, and informed them about the new LEGAL AND TAX IN SPAIN GLASGOW office and the services we provide in Scotland.
At the dinner, after the presentation, we were able to talk to the entrepreneurs who attended the event and we discussed the possibilities of opening a company in Spain for all those companies that need to maintain a headquarters within the EU after BREXIT. But the star of the night was, without a doubt, the possibility that many homeowners in Spain, with mortgage, will be affected by a European court ruling, which states that banks must return part of the interest that the overcharged to customers.
