First seminar in Scotland, 18th March Glasgow, reclaiming overpaid Spanish mortgage

The discussion will be about the new court ruling on the illegality of the present Spanish mortgage «floor clause», where clients may have been paying over the top in mortgage repayments and could now be entitled to claiming this money back, which in some situations, could add up to many thousands of euros. We will also discuss the possibility of reclaiming some of the set up fees for this mortgage, Notary, Land Registry, Stamp Duty, etc.
